A signed client service agreement and waiver is required before pet-care services begin for Sheila’s PROfur insurance coverage to be valid. The downloadable form includes care instructions, emergency contacts, veterinary authorization, acknowledgements, and signatures.

Services and important conditions

• Pet sitting takes place in the client’s home.
• Dog walking is on-leash only, with a maximum of two dogs at once.
• Dogs walked must have current rabies and DHPP vaccinations or equivalent titer tests.

For eligible claims arising from services booked and paid through Rover.

Important eligibility conditions

• The service must be booked and paid through Rover.
• The incident must occur during the confirmed booking dates.
• Rover must be notified during the booking or within 48 hours of the injury or damage.
• A $250 CAD minimum contribution applies to eligible pet injury and pet-owner property damage requests; eligible veterinary treatment is limited to 30 days after the injury.
